Status#

A launch is one call to LaunchFactory.createLaunch. Everything below is deployed, registered and funded in that transaction, or the transaction reverts.

What one transaction creates#

Created or registered by createLaunch, in order
StepContractAlways?
Launch fee chargedLaunchFeeDesk.chargeYes
Crew splitterCrewSplitter clone, from CrewSplitterDeployerYes — an empty crew is a pass-through to the creator
Bonding curve and tokenBondingCurve and LaunchToken clones, from CurveDeployerYes
Fee terms frozenTradeFeeSplitter.registerSourceYes — a failure aborts the launch
KOL rosterKolSplitter.setRosterYes — a failure aborts the launch
ReferrerReferralLedger.setReferrerSigned launches naming a referrer; a failure is logged, never reverted
Milestone reserveLaunchMilestoneReserve clone, funded from the curveOnly when the creator sets one
Promoted placementCarousel (5 slots) or standard board (20 slots)Only when bought
Opening buyBondingCurve.buyFor, as the creatorWhenever value is left after the fee and any placement

LaunchFactory.isLaunchCurve and isLaunchToken are the authenticity check: only the factory writes them. Curves, tokens and crew splitters are plain EIP-1167 clones, so the explorer shows each one as its verified implementation.

The supply#

Every launch token (BondingCurve constants)
PartTokensShare of supply
TOTAL_SUPPLY1,000,000,000100%
CURVE_ALLOCATION750,000,00075%, sold on the curve
LP_ALLOCATION250,000,00025%, placed in the pool at graduation
Milestone reserve (optional)Up to 100,000,000Up to 10%, taken from the curve allocation
Quest allocation (optional)Up to 50,000,000Up to 5%, taken from the curve allocation

The whole supply is minted once to the curve. LaunchToken has no mint function, no owner and no transfer tax; supply can only fall, by burn(). Until graduation a token moves only to and from its curve.

The launch fee#

The fee is a flat USD price held in PricingRules for the LAUNCH_CREATION product, converted at the posted price of the currency it is paid in. A free-creation voucher, or a discount, applies before payment.

“After TGE” is read live from ProtocolFeeSplitter’s liquidity manager and is never a switch; a failed read counts as before TGE. Every sweep is permissionless.

Signed, unsigned and the cooldown#

Signed and unsigned launches
Signed (made in the app)Unsigned (direct call)

ReferrerThe creator’s own, from the platform record (may be none)None — naming one reverts

Every launch, signed or not, still mints its creation spin on the Fortune Wheel. See Referrals and KOLs for what the referrer earns.
